Private equity firms and unchecked utility companies are driving up the cost of housing and utilities. Arizonans deserve affordable homes and utility bills that don’t break the bank.

In Congress, Jonathan will fight to:

• Prioritize local residents over private equity and corporations in single-family home purchases.

• Increase incentives for first-time homebuyers, including veterans, public safety personnel, medical professionals, and educators.

• Support local utilities and energy producers who can lower costs and strengthen our grid. Washington should put local businesses first, not foreign and out-of-state suppliers.
